Booking & Cancellation Policies
- • All bookings are subject to availability. The booking will be confirmed only after receipt of the required 30% advance payment and
- written confirmation from Umbrella Trip.
- • Accommodation will be provided according to the selected package category. If the selected hotel is unavailable, a
- similar-category property may be offered.
- • Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may involve
- additional charges.
- • The sightseeing sequence may be changed depending on traffic, local restrictions, monument opening hours and operational
- requirements.
- • Monument opening hours, ticket prices and entry regulations are controlled by the respective authorities and may change without
- prior notice.
- • The Taj Mahal is generally closed to visitors on Fridays. The itinerary should therefore be planned accordingly.
- • The vehicle provided will be according to the confirmed package. Vehicle usage is limited to the agreed itinerary and sightseeing
- points.
- • Guide services, optional rides, boating, battery vehicles and other activities are payable separately unless specifically mentioned
- in the package inclusions.
- • Cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation policies of hotels, transport providers and other suppliers involved in
- the booking.
- • Any applicable refund will be processed after deduction of cancellation charges and supplier penalties.
- • No refund will generally be provided for unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing, transportation or other services voluntarily not
- used after commencement of the tour.
- • Umbrella Trip shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations or changes caused by natural disasters, extreme weather, road
- closures, strikes, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
- • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, passports, cash and electronic devices.
- • If the remaining 70% balance payment is not received within the agreed timeline, Umbrella Trip reserves the right to cancel or
- modify the booking subject to applicable cancellation policies.
- • The final quotation, invoice and booking confirmation issued by Umbrella Trip will supersede any preliminary itinerary or estimated
- pricing.
