- • All bookings are subject to availability. Booking is confirmed only after required advance payment and written confirmation
- from Umbrella Trip.
- • Hotel/camp accommodation will be provided according to the selected package category. A similar-category property may
- be offered if the selected property is unavailable.
- • Standard hotel check-in and check-out timings apply. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional
- charges.
- • Tour sequence may change due to weather, road conditions, traffic, local regulations, security restrictions or operational
- requirements.
- • Ladakh is a high-altitude destination. Guests must follow acclimatization guidelines and immediately report illness to the
- driver/hotel representative.
- • Guests with existing medical conditions should consult their doctor before travelling to high altitude. Umbrella Trip is not
- responsible for medical complications arising from pre-existing conditions or altitude-related illness.
- • Mountain roads are subject to unpredictable weather, snowfall, landslides, road maintenance and local restrictions. The
- itinerary may be modified for guest safety.
- • Vehicle usage is limited to the confirmed itinerary and agreed sightseeing points.
- • Required permits, environmental fees and local regulations must be followed. Permit requirements may differ by nationality
- and destination.
- • Cancellation charges will apply according to the cancellation policies of hotels, camps, transport providers and other
- suppliers.
- • Any refund, if applicable, will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges and supplier penalties.
- • No refund will generally be provided for unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing, transport or other services voluntarily not
- used after the tour begins.
- • Umbrella Trip shall not be held responsible for losses or delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, road closures,
- strikes, government restrictions, security situations or other force majeure events.
- • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings, valuables, passports, cash and electronic devices.
- • The final confirmed quotation, invoice and booking confirmation issued by Umbrella Trip will supersede any preliminary
- itinerary or estimated pricing.
